Renaissance Eden Roc Miami Beach

Ocean view very nice but the view of the grounds were not attractive due to construction activity. Very pleased with the receptionist on check in.

Every employee went out of their way to ensure we had every need met.

Love the hotel evening dining great morning was a nightmare.

Very friendly and helpful staff, really the best of the hotel. Rooms with a view are beautiful. Sometimes it gets noisy. I've stayed in two different rooms and wireless did not worked in one of it.

Outstanding experience. Right on the beach in Miami beach next to the Fontainebleu. The facility was excellent; staff did a superb job.

The Eden Roc is a beautiful hotel right on the beach which was very nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was a little surprised about the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. The room was never really dusted or cleaned because you could see stains on the doors and walls. Excellent price quality relation. Price was probably attractive due to the fact that the pool area and the gardens are still under construction. Big brand new rooms in the ocean tower with Starbucks in the hotel. Parking very expensive but public parking next door. Pictures on the website are mock-ups and represent the future look of the hotel after the works. ...read more

This hotel is beautiful! The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a awesome boardwalk behind the hotel. We are already making plans to go back.
